First pics of our new home

Here are some pictures of the place in Richmond Hill for which we have an accepted bid. Yes, it is a Victorian and yes they do exist within NYC city limits. It needs some work, but overall it is amazing!


Note the wrap-around front porch! We have talked about having a wrap around porch since we got married.






The kitchen is rather new, which is a bonus. Great stove and very spacious around the corner to the right is the rest of the space and behind the wall of cabinets straight ahead is a cute half-bath on the first floor. Perfect for potty-training. Still looking for takers on the potty-training....anyone? anyone? Bueller?
